Case Study
Garage Roof - Bracknell
Garage Roof - Bracknell
The customer, Mr Steve Crozier, contacted Sunningdale & Wentworth Roofing services with an urgent problem with his garage roof.
Upon inspection of the pitch tiled roof, we could see that the the ridge tiles on all four sides of the roof had become dislodged and had slid 4 inches down the ridge. One tile had fallen into the neighbours garden.
We decided to treat this job as a priority, because the neighbour had two small children and there was a danger of further ridge tiles sliding down into the garden and possibly causing injury.
We removed all of the ridge tiles and the damaged cement from the roof and re laid the ridge tiles.
Ridge tiles require a much stronger mortar bonding than ordinary builders cement to ensure a lasting secure fix.
We used the latest materials for bonding the mortar in accordance with the National House Builders recommendations and guidance.
The job was done to a very high standard.
“I would thoroughly recommend Sunningdale and Wentworth Roofing Services.
They were very responsive and carried out the work quickly & efficiently.”
The job was done to a very high standard and on completion, Richie and his team totally cleared away all waste materials and thoroughly cleaned the driveway.
Richie Walters and his team go the extra mile and he kept me informed of the progress throughout the job.
They even repaired my leaking gutter, which I thought was a nice touch.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company
